I host wellness retreats on my property in Trinidad where I grow my own food and herbs. It is a sanctuary for group healing sessions, yoga, meditation and detox. The apothecary and yoga studio doors open in 2025. Come and enjoy 7-10 day stays bed and breakfast style on the country side in Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies. Donations over $1000 earn a free stay.
